Greg Foat Returns to Ronnie Scott's

Greg Foat performs at Ronnie Scott's on October 9th, bringing his trademark blend of cinematic jazz and spacey atmospheres backed by a multi-generational band of UK jazz stars. The pianist, who studied with Gordon Beck and built his reputation reviving Britain's late-60s jazz-rock sound, has spent recent years recording prolifically for labels like Jazzman, Athens Of The North, and Strut.

The lineup features Daniel Vildósola on electric guitar, Ben Grose on drums, Jihad Darwish on double bass, and Baldo Verdu on congas. Expect synth-laden funk grooves, spacey cinematic tones and modulated electronic melodies.
