Thundercat Announces Distracted AF Tour

Thundercat has confirmed The Distracted AF Tour, a 32-date North American run kicking off October 2 at Miami's Miami Beach Bandshell and wrapping December 11 in Austin. The tour supports Distracted, his fifth studio album and first since 2020's Grammy-winning It Is What It Is.

An eclectic mix of guests—Channel Tres (DJ Set), TiaCorine, Fera, 54 Ultra, and Kitty Ca$h—will support along the way. The bassist recently wrapped shows with The Strokes, sitting in for "Call It Fate, Call It Karma" at Maryland's Merriweather Post Pavilion.

The playful "AF" suffix turns the album title into self-mythology, a kind of shorthand for Bruner's restless, collaborative spirit. For a musician who's spent the past six years navigating fashion weeks and SNL stages alongside A$AP Rocky, distraction seems less like a liability than a creative engine.
